2. Service Description

Lifted Faces provides a paid 60-minute online consultation focused on personalized facial massage and skincare guidance, delivered live via Zoom.

What’s included:

• Personalized assessment of your skin’s aging patterns and concerns
• A self-massage program matched to your specific needs
• Live, guided facial massage technique demonstration over Zoom
• Tailored skincare product recommendations
• A take-home routine you can repeat on your own
• 2 weeks of free follow-up support via WhatsApp or Telegram after your consultation

How it’s delivered: Client receives a confirmation email with a Zoom link after booking and payment.

3. Payment Methods

Payments for consultations are accepted via:

• Visa / Mastercard (processed securely through WayForPay)

All prices are displayed in USD. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your consultation slot.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation: Full refund, OR option to reschedule at no additional cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation: 50% refund.
• No-shows: Non-refundable, no reschedule offered.
• Technical issues on our end (e.g. we are unable to conduct the session): Full refund or free rescheduling, client’s choice.

Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Public Offer (Service Agreement)
